Welcome back everyone to another episode of Dive Cuts with Sam Snelling and Matthew Harris! Well, we have a schedule and Mizzou Basketball is probably returning in a little under two weeks. That means it is start to look at the season before it tips-off!
Sam and Matt take a look at the schedule since it is finalized now AND they talk about the official recruiting class that signed and what could come from this.
Let’s dive in.
:15 - 3:20: How’s everyone doing? Sam Snelling and Matthew Harris are BACK and it is nice to have a schedule. We finally know who is going to play each other. How about that? Sam just went to Kentucky for Bourbon (again) so he’s doing well!
3:21 - 30:00: It has been an eventful few weeks! Signing day, Braggin’ Rights, the SEC Schedule is out. Let’s take a wide angle view at the whole schedule. Mizzou does have a pretty tough schedule and it is one you put together if you believe you have a team looking to play in the NCAA Tournament. How do you measure this COVID season?
30:01 - 36:40: Sam and Matt are a bit higher than the general media on Mizzou. The pre-season SEC poll has been released and Mizzou is sitting at 10th. Thoughts on that and the team set to take the court in less than two weeks? Overall, Sam and Matt feel pretty good about the team.
36:41 - 51:30: HEY! Signing day was also this week. We knew the players Mizzou had committed, but it is officially, official now. Let’s assess.
51:31 - END: Hopefully the season remains on track to start. We’ll be back next week as we sprint towards the start of College Basketball.
