Welcome back everyone to another episode of Before the Box Score with Nate Edwards and Brandon Kiley. Nate and BK dive into some transfer portal discussion with it being all the rage in college basketball right now, plus how does that relate to Football? They also hop into the Mizzou Spring Game with some final takeaways before moving into how Pro Day went for the Tigers looking to make the jump into the NFL.

To wrap it all up, they talk some more NFL Draft including which CURRENT Tiger will turn into the best player on Sundays out of the group. Who do you think it is? Here we go.

Episode Breakdown:

:30 - 6:56: We are not in the transfer portal on this here podcast. Before diving into Football, let’s talk some wild transfer portal stuff in the world of college basketball. This also leads into a chat on the idea of transferring and how it really isn’t the devil.

6:57 - 36:05: Speaking of transfers.... There is some news on the scholarship math front as Mike Ruth has decided to not play football at Missouri. So, with that, the Offensive Line looks like there are 5 starters, 2 other guys who will probably play a lot. Thoughts on that? ALSO, Mizzou just got a commit from an Offensive Lineman out of Lee Summit. Let’s talk about him. What are the differences between Barry Odom and Eli Drinkwitz recruiting approach?

36:06 - 52:33: Mizzou had their pro day recently. How did those taking part do to improve or hurt their draft stock as they continue their hopeful paths to the NFL? This also leads into a larger NFL Draft discussion and Nate has some issues with the QB rankings.

52:34 - END: As we wrap up, some final thoughts and one last question... Please feel free to weigh in on Twitter or in the comments. Which Mizzou player NEXT YEAR looks like they will be the most likely to have success at the next level?
